Coordinate with customs authorities and external agents to secure compliant import and export processes
Oversee commodity classification, embargo checks, sanction list screening, dual-use goods assessments and export license applications

Support the Export Control & Customs Manager in process development, improvement initiatives, audits and training sessions
Day-to-day you will collaborate closely with colleagues across Procurement, Warehouse Operations, O&M Projects as well as suppliers and manufacturers. Your efforts mean that all necessary controls are executed efficiently—ensuring that goods move without delay while meeting all regulatory requirements. Success in this position is achieved when exports and imports run seamlessly; compliance risks are minimised; partners trust your expertise; and continuous improvements are identified together with the wider team.
Location
This position is based in London, UK, with functional reporting to the Manager of Export Control and Customs and disciplinary reporting to the Head of Supply Chain in Integrated Operations. You will support our offshore wind assets across Vattenfall, working alongside dedicated colleagues who share your ambition for a fossil free future.
