AI-Engineer (forward deployed) fintech

Assignment description

We are looking for an AI Engineer to work with a team, building AI solutions that shape how investments are sourced, evaluated, and executed.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will work closely with end users, understand their workflows, identify opportunities where AI can create value, and rapidly design and deliver solutions.

You will build agentic frameworks, RAG pipelines, LLM-based solutions, MCP connectors, APIs, and full-stack interfaces. Prototypes are developed quickly, tested with real users, and then productionized in collaboration with central engineering teams.

The role requires a pragmatic and delivery-focused mindset, combining strong technical skills with the ability to translate real business needs into effective AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven hands-on experience building and deploying LLM and agentic systems in production
• Full-stack capability across the AI stack, data pipelines through to UI
• Strong engineering fundamentals: clean code, solid architecture, sound judgment on when to move fast vs. build to scale
• Demonstrated ability to embed with business teams, learn complex domains quickly, and translate that into working software
• Track record of taking early prototypes to production systems
• Experience from fast-paced, high-pressure environments where output quality and speed both matter
