Assignment description

We are looking for an E-commerce Implementation Coordinator to ensure successful rollout of an e-commerce platform across multiple markets. The role focuses on supporting local teams during implementation, driving adoption and ensuring operational readiness, while maintaining alignment between global strategy and local execution.

You will coordinate activities across stakeholders, manage multiple tasks and priorities, and contribute to smooth implementation processes. To succeed in this role, you are structured, detail-oriented and proactive, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You are solution-oriented and thrive in a collaborative, global environment.

Qualifications:

• You have a bachelor’s degree (business, IT, or similar)
• You have experience in project coordination / implementation / digital projects
• You have a background in e-commerce or digital platforms is a plus
• You have experience working in international environments

Technical Skills:

• You are familiar with e-commerce platforms and digital tools
• You have experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, similar)
• You have understanding of system integrations and workflows
