We are looking for a Release Coordinator to join a cross-functional Agile team focused on integration and testing within a complex R&D environment. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating releases and supporting the delivery of high-quality, safe, and secure solutions.
You will be part of a team responsible for guiding, supporting, and visualizing integration points and milestones, ensuring alignment across development, integration, and verification. The role combines hands-on release coordination with active participation in integration and testing activities, contributing to efficient and quality-driven releases.
Your responsibilities include leading Pre-PI planning coordination across multiple value streams, ensuring alignment of change requests and readiness for integration. You will organize and facilitate key meetings and ceremonies within the release process and act as a central coordination point between architects, technical owners, and other key roles.
You will also work continuously to improve release processes, including documentation, task tracking, and ways of working, while monitoring integration progress and visualizing milestones to ensure transparency and alignment across teams.

- You enjoy structuring complex work and creating a holistic view across multiple teams and timelines.
- You have strong organizational and coordination skills, enabling efficient planning and execution across multiple priorities.
- You are confident facilitating meetings and navigating both technical and organizational contexts.
- You communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the delivery process.
- You take ownership of outcomes and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks, even in situations with ambiguity.
- You enjoy enabling others and being at the center of delivery coordination.
- You are a collaborative team player with a strong service mindset.
- You have experience with embedded systems development and release processes, preferably within the automotive industry.
- You are experienced in using Jira to manage workflows, track progress, and ensure visibility across teams.
- You thrive in Lean Agile environments and understand the importance of structure and transparency in fast-paced settings.
- Experience with Confluence and OAS is considered a plus.
