We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to support development initiatives within eMobility. The role involves representing the brand perspective in a larger development program and ensuring that deliveries align with business needs, customer requirements, and industrial conditions.
You will work in a cross-functional product development environment, collaborating with functions such as R&D, production, purchasing, marketing, service, and quality. The role requires strong coordination across multiple stakeholders and alignment with the overall program and system development.
Your responsibilities include representing business and brand needs within the program, balancing technical solutions with business value and customer benefit, and ensuring effective collaboration across functions. You will also support project definition, contribute to decision-making material, and identify risks and dependencies that may impact delivery, timelines, or business outcomes.
In addition, you will ensure that changes are managed in a structured way, that project deliveries follow agreed plans, and that objectives are met. The role also includes reporting status, risks, and key decisions to relevant steering forums.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project or program management within product development
- Experience from the automotive industry or other complex system development
- Experience working cross‑functionally in large organisations
- Experience working closely with business and market perspectives in development projects
- Strong ability to coordinate stakeholders and drive decisions in complex organisations
Merit:
