We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to take ownership of two strategically significant HR technology initiatives, working closely with IT & Digital as well as People & Culture teams in Denmark, Germany, and Poland.
These two primary projects will represent the main part of your workload, while involvement in additional initiatives may occur if capacity allows.
You will be accountable for the full project lifecycle, covering planning, stakeholder management, vendor collaboration, governance structures, and the successful delivery across multiple countries and stakeholder groups.
Main responsibilities:
- Implementation of a new recruitment system (SmartRecruiters), including integration with SAP SuccessFactors, job portals, and Microsoft tools, replacing the current solution.
- Establishment of AI-driven workforce forecasting together with automated workforce planning within UKG Pro WFM.
Location requirement: 5 days on site in Aarhus
Language requirement: Swedish, Danish or English.
