We are seeking experienced Service Designers / Transformation Designers to support the development of digital services within a product environment. The role is part of a large product team responsible for partner services supporting a broader digital platform used across multiple teams.

The assignment focuses on translating customer and business needs into service strategies, concepts, customer journeys, and service blueprints. The role combines strategic perspective with hands-on design work and includes driving cross-functional initiatives while aligning stakeholders. Responsibilities also include communicating insights and design outcomes, supporting teams in defining service value and impact, contributing to the development of service and transformation design practices, and coaching other designers. Strong communication and storytelling skills and the ability to navigate complex environments are important.

You will collaborate with product teams, business stakeholders, and engineering organizations to shape digital services and customer experiences, potentially working with international teams as part of a global design capability.

Required Qualifications:

  • Solid experience managing stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • At least ten years of professional experience within Service Design, Transformation Design, or closely related disciplines
  • Experience guiding, mentoring, or supporting other designers in their work
  • Demonstrated ability to convert customer and business insights into service strategies, service blueprints, customer journeys, and concept development
  • Capability to operate effectively on both strategic and hands-on operational levels
  • Well-developed communication abilities, including clear storytelling when presenting insights and design outcomes
  • Proven background working in digital product settings involving complex services and interconnected ecosystems
  • Documented experience leading or driving initiatives or projects in large organizational environments
  • Language Requirement: Fluency in Swedish

It is considered meritorious if you have experience working in both B2C and B2B contexts. Experience from multiple industries or organizational environments is also valuable, as it can contribute additional perspectives when addressing complex challenges. Familiarity with or curiosity about how emerging technologies, including AI tools, can support and improve design processes is also beneficial.
