We are looking for a Senior Developer to join an IT team responsible for global applications supporting production maintenance and shopfloor operations. The role focuses on development, support, and incident management related to the MAXIMO platform.
You will collaborate closely with service managers, architects, analysts, and developers, while also interacting with production units and the Product Owner. The role includes leading development activities, supporting requirement clarification, contributing to solution design, and participating in ongoing development initiatives.
The position requires strong experience with IBM Maximo, preferably Maximo Application Suite (MAS) / Maximo Manage, including configuration and customization of applications, workflows, and objects. You should have a solid understanding of the Maximo Business Object (MBO) Framework, security groups, database configuration, and object structures.
Experience with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) is essential, including integrations with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP web services, and messaging or integration platforms. The role also requires the ability to troubleshoot and resolve both functional and technical issues within the Maximo environment.

- You have strong technical knowledge of the MBO Framework and MIF
- You have experience deg and delivering enterprise‑level integrations
- You have the ability to lead, guide, and mentor development teams
- You have strong social and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers, architects, business stakeholders, and vendors
- You have structured, solution‑oriented, and comfortable taking technical ownership
- You have experience with middleware solutions, such as ESB and API gateways
- Experience with Kafka or other event‑streaming platforms is an advantage
