We are looking for an IT Business & System Analyst who can contribute across business analysis, solution design, and technical tasks. The role is execution-focused and requires a consultant who can work independently while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external vendors.
This hybrid role combines business process work, requirement ownership, and hands-on technical tasks in SQL, C#,.NET, and Angular. You will act as a bridge between business and IT, supporting both analysis and implementation.
Your responsibilities include leading business process mapping (As-Is and To-Be), facilitating workshops, gathering and documenting requirements, and ensuring traceability through implementation. You will also contribute to solution design, ensuring alignment with business needs, technical standards, and regulatory requirements.
The role also includes hands-on technical work such as SQL queries and stored procedures, troubleshooting production data issues, developing reports, and making code updates in C#/.NET when required. Experience with systems such as View21 and Dynamics 365 is considered an advantage.
Qualifications:
Business Process Management
- Demonstrated experience leading BPM initiatives (As-Is / To-Be mapping)
- Experience facilitating workshops with stakeholders
- Strong hands-on involvement in process documentation
Business Requirement Gathering
- Experience leading requirement gathering independently
- Experience authoring BRDs / functional specifications
- Structured approach to requirement traceability and validation
Solution Architecture Competencies
- Experience contributing to solution design and architecture discussions
- Ability to analyze system integrations and data flows
- Understanding of distributed systems and API-based integrations
- Experience working in both on-prem and cloud-based environments
- Ability to assess technical impact of business changes
- Ability to evaluate and assess technical solutions against ISEC regulations and security requirements
Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on SQL Server experience
- Writing complex queries
- Developing and optimizing stored procedures
- Troubleshooting production issues
- Strong experience in C# and.NET
- Good working knowledge of Angular
- Experience working with Git
- Experience working in Jira
- Familiarity with Agile best practices (Scrum, backlog refinement, sprint planning, etc.)
- Familiarity with modern development and CI/CD practices
- Experience working in on-prem environments
