Assignment description

We are looking for an experienced Interface Lead / IT Project Manager with strong knowledge of SAP and integrations. You have a solid understanding of IT projects and project management methodologies, including go-live planning. You work independently, communicate clearly in speech and writing, and take a proactive approach to driving topics forward. Experience with Microsoft tools such as Excel and PowerPoint is required, as well as an understanding of SAP interfaces and their technical aspects. Knowledge of DevOps and agile methods is an advantage.

In this role, you are responsible for all interface deliverables within a development wave. You define scope together with other subprojects and workstreams and ensure that the interface intake process is established and followed. You coordinate dependencies with the integration platform project and proactively resolve uncertainties to ensure progress according to plan.

You own project deliverables and ensure completeness and correctness while aligning with DevOps. The role also includes managing risks and issues, maintaining key stream activities such as PI planning, consolidating project status updates, coordinating approval processes, and organizing meetings including documentation of minutes and action items.

Qualifications:

• You have at least 10 years of experience as an Integration Architect or IT Integration Project Manager.
• You have a strong understanding of different types of interfaces, integration requirements, and their development.
• You have hands-on experience deploying SAP solutions, preferably within the energy industry.
• You are able to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders at all levels.
• You have excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• You are willing to travel as required for project engagements.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English.
