We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Requirements and UAT Lead consultant to join a large card issuing and payment program within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate has a strong background in business analysis, requirements management, and user acceptance testing (UAT) in complex, regulated environments.
In this role, you will translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and technical feasibility. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements, and perform detailed analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems. You will also manage end-to-end requirements traceability to ensure that all deliverables meet stakeholder expectations and project goals.
You will facilitate requirement workshops and review sessions to ensure clarity and alignment across cross-functional teams. In addition, you will develop comprehensive UAT plans, including test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria, and lead the execution of UAT activities. This includes ensuring proper test coverage, tracking and resolving defects, and providing clear reporting on progress, test results, and defect status to stakeholders and senior management.
The role also involves proactively identifying and mitigating risks related to requirements and UAT to ensure a smooth and successful delivery.
Qualifications:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Requirements analysis and UAT within the financial services industry, preferably within card issuing or payments.
- You have proven project management skills with a strong ability to drive initiatives forward and ensure timely delivery.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are skilled in effectively communicating with diverse stakeholders across business, technical, and executive levels.
- You have proficiency in requirements documentation tools and methodologies.
- You have proficiency in UAT tools and methodologies.
- You have the a ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- You are detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- You have familiarity with card issuing and payment systems, as well as experience with Agile methodologies.
