We are seeking an SAP Foundation Lead for a transformation program. In this role, you provide strategic direction and governance across key foundation domains including technology, integration, testing, development and security. You focus exclusively on program-level execution and ensure alignment with overall objectives and delivery milestones.
You lead and coordinate domain sub-leads, establish governance frameworks and KPIs, and act as the main escalation point for foundation-related risks. You work closely with program management, business and IT stakeholders, and external partners to ensure consistent execution.
You oversee the SAP technology roadmap, testing strategy, integration architecture, development standards, and security and compliance controls to ensure quality, alignment and regulatory adherence throughout the program.
Qualifications
- You have extensive experience in SAP architecture and foundational domains within large-scale transformation programs.
- You have led cross-functional SAP teams and coordinated sub-leads in international environments.
- You have strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, RICE, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and cloud-based deployments.
- You demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- You have solid experience in program governance and strategic planning.
Nice to have:
- Relevant SAP certifications.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment, automated testing, and monitoring tools.
- Strategic orientation coupled with practical problem-solving skills.
