We are looking for a Senior M365 Architect to lead and scale Microsoft 365 storage and collaboration platforms within a global organization.
You will assess and document the current M365 environment and define and implement a secure, scalable, and compliant target architecture. The role has a strong focus on governance, including user management, retention, data security, backup, regulatory requirements, GxP compliance, and overall security.
You will lead the design and optimization of solutions such as SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, Azure File Share and Data Archive, Copilot, and Purview, while acting as a trusted advisor between business and IT. The role also includes implementing security best practices across M365, leading stakeholder workshops, driving adoption of key services, and managing tenant-to-tenant migrations.
In addition, you will contribute hands-on to daily operations, automation, scripting with PnP PowerShell and Power Automate, and the creation of structured technical documentation.
Qualifications:
- You have 6–9 years of relevant experience.
- You are self-driven with a strong growth mindset, ownership mentality and the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business value.
- It is a bonus if you have experience from a pharma/GxP regulated environment.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are considered a strong advantage.
