Assignment Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of end-to-end delivery of market launches across Nordic countries. You must be available to work on site in Malmö.
In this role, you will plan and govern market launches by defining scope, milestones, timelines, and preparing decision material. You will drive execution and alignment across internal teams and external suppliers, while managing dependencies across product development, integrations, testing, operations, and compliance. You will be responsible for RAID activities and ensure escalation when decisions or trade-offs are required.
You will also secure testing and readiness evidence across E2E, SIT, and UAT in regulated environments, coordinate go-live activities including cutover, hypercare, and transition to business-as-usual. The assignment includes proactive tracking of progress, handling deviations, and driving mitigation actions when needed. Clear and structured status reporting to program leadership and steering forums is expected, along with close collaboration with stakeholders across geographically distributed, international teams operating under tight timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Background in working across environments involving multiple vendors and several teams
- Previous involvement in producing decision documentation and engaging with steering committees
- Extensive experience in the role of Project Manager, responsible for delivering market rollouts or complex releases within the banking or financial services sector
- Used to collaborating with geographically dispersed, international teams while operating under tight timelines
- Well-developed skills in planning and governance, including practical ownership of RAID activities
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and manage stakeholders
- Good knowledge of testing processes and go-live readiness within regulated environments
Language Requirement: Swedish or English
Location Requirement: On-site availability in Malmö is required.
