We are looking for a Development Engineer to join a team developing future manufacturing technologies for chromatography resins. The work contributes to improved product performance, more efficient and sustainable production, and shorter time-to-market for NPD/NPI launches. The team consists of seven development engineers with varied educational backgrounds, ranging from upper secondary school to MSc and PhD level.
In this role, you will plan, execute, evaluate, and document pilot-scale trials. You will test products and processes using new equipment in the lab, pilot hall, and full-scale production environment. You will also initiate and drive minor investment projects related to new equipment, supporting continuous improvements and innovation within manufacturing.
Qualifications:
- You have a MSc in chemical, mechanical or physics engineering.
- You have 10 years of experience from the Process industry.
- You are capable and willing to run pilot trials (hands-on) in an industrial environment. Varying tasks between office desk and hands-on.
- You are fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
Meriting:
- Experience from Resin manufacturing
- Experience of process intensification
- Experience from Lean and Six Sigma
You are self-driven, results-oriented, and curious, and you thrive in a role that combines both hands-on work and administrative responsibilities.
