Qualifications:

• You have strong experience with Jira administration and configuration, including workflows, field schemes, automations, and screens.
• You are able to prototype and iterate on templates in a Jira sandbox environment in close collaboration with stakeholders.
• You understand the differences and limitations between a shared collaboration layer and brand- or team-specific Jira instances.
• You can translate ways-of-working (WoW) requirements into well-structured technical designs.
• You collaborate closely with deployment teams to ensure smooth and controlled releases to production.
