Project Manager/Business Analyst

Assignment description

We are looking for a Project Manager/Business Analyst to support IT in implementing a compliant Digital Battery and Product Passport (DBP/DPP) solution. The role combines project management and business analysis, with a focus on gathering and documenting business and regulatory requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring alignment with EU compliance. The assignment includes leading data governance work, coordinating stakeholders across business and IT, and supporting the evaluation of architecture and solution options. You act as a bridge between agile ways of working in IT and waterfall-oriented business processes, and work independently, time-effectively, and with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

• You are available to work on-site at least three days per week.
• You have strong experience in business analysis and IT project management, and can independently drive tasks forward.
• You have proven ability to conduct workshops and interviews to capture business and regulatory requirements.
• You have experience producing gap analyses and process maps.
• You are able to translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional specifications for IT architecture.
• You have knowledge of data governance, master data management, and integration with complex systems.
• You have excellent communication skills and are skilled in stakeholder coordination and documentation.
• You are self-driven, able to prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality output under time pressure.
• You have knowledge of agile ways of working, such as Scrum or Lean.

Nice to have:

• You have experience in compliance-driven IT implementations.
• You have hands-on experience with PLM/ERP integrations or architecture discussions.
• You have a background in data governance frameworks and master data processes.
• You have experience supporting evaluations of in-house, hybrid, or outsourced solutions, including PoC workflows.
• You demonstrate the ability to work time-effectively, managing multiple priorities while maintaining structure and quality.
