Assignment Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take responsibility for leading a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation within a manufacturing and development environment. The role involves ownership of the implementation lifecycle, including planning, execution, and follow-up. The assignment is mainly performed remotely, with some on-site participation in Copenhagen when required.
You will work closely with the ERP vendor and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery according to agreed timelines and quality expectations. The assignment also includes establishing structured Super User training and building internal ERP competence. A key part of the role is to ensure that processes related to customer-specific solutions are clearly defined, understood, and consistently applied across the organization. Continuous reporting on project status, identified risks, and mitigation actions to management is an integral responsibility.
Required Qualifications:
- Fluent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Proven ability to handle complex processes related to customer-specific solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities with clear and effective communication skills.
- Experience working with integrations to CAD, BOM, or PLM systems and product configuration processes.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing and product development processes and the corresponding Business Central functionality.
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager leading ERP implementations, preferably involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Location Requirement: The assignment is mainly performed remotely, with some on-site participation in Copenhagen when required.
Language Requirement: Fluent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
