We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer with a strong focus on data pipelines. The assignment involves backend development work related to scalable systems and system architecture. You will contribute hands-on, including experimentation and the development of minimum viable products. The role is performed entirely on-site in Ballerup and requires close collaboration within a development-focused environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Availability to work fully on-site in Ballerup throughout the work week
- Strong background in backend development combined with experience in system architecture
- Minimum five years of experience using Python in a professional setting
- Experience working in environments where experimentation and MVP development are part of the process
- Practical experience working hands-on with the development and implementation of data pipelines
It is considered an advantage if you have experience working with cloud or development-related services such as AWS services, Azure DevOps, or CI/CD pipelines. It is also considered an advantage if you have worked with relational databases, as well as search technologies like ElasticSearch or OpenSearch. Experience with graph databases, for example Neptune or Neo4j, is likewise viewed as beneficial.
