We are seeking an App and Business Analyst with a strong focus on digital, app-centric solutions. The assignment centers on translating business needs into clear and scalable requirements that support growth across multiple markets. You will work in close collaboration with product management, design, architecture, and engineering teams to ensure a consistent app-first and omni-channel experience across markets and offerings.
A central part of the assignment is to analyze end-to-end user journeys to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for harmonization between products and regions. The role also involves contributing to the development of modular and reusable app requirements that enable efficient scaling across markets. In addition, you will define and follow up on relevant KPIs to measure adoption, performance, and user satisfaction for app-driven initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience working with multiple products within a shared app ecosystem
- Strong background in requirements management, including epics, features, and acceptance criteria
- Documented experience with app-first strategies and delivery of mobile applications
- Demonstrated ability to support and scale app solutions across multiple European markets
- Minimum of five years of experience working as a Business Analyst within digital banking or fintech
