Assignment Description
We are seeking a Business Process Modelling Specialist/Analyst to work with the definition and modelling of business processes in a multi-market environment. The assignment involves creating end-to-end process models and defining future-state process and decision structures based on established modelling standards. A key part of the role is to support business-controlled configuration of process parameters, with the purpose of reducing dependency on IT.
The work includes ensuring that process designs allow for scalability and reuse, supported by clearly defined governance. Processes are expected to be aligned with business objectives and relevant performance indicators. The role also includes facilitating workshops and providing ongoing support to enable effective knowledge transfer as part of broader transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Documented experience working with Camunda, including decision and rule modelling
- A track record of delivering results as part of large-scale and complex change or transformation programs
- Practical experience of defining and modelling processes spanning several European markets
- A minimum of five years’ professional experience in a business analysis role within digital financial services or fintech environments
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise-level architectures and how business processes are orchestrated
