Business Analyst

Assignment Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support a large transformation initiative within a B2B financial services context. The programme is organised in a cross-functional, matrix setup and focuses on modernising business processes, systems, and ways of working while ensuring a consistent and efficient delivery across initiatives. The environment combines agile principles with structured programme governance.

In this role, you will strengthen the requirements and design capability by driving requirements work across business processes, systems, and external partners, with a particular focus on asset finance solutions. You will analyse current and future business needs, document and refine processes, manage features in Jira, and act as a bridge between business stakeholders, development teams, and vendors. The role also includes coaching business users, supporting a shift toward more digital and structured ways of working, and continuously identifying improvements in processes and delivery.

Qualifications:

• Five or more years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within large-scale transformations.
• Background in core banking transformations with knowledge of banking and leasing business.
• Experience working with CRM implementations.
• Familiarity with domains such as credit, payments, collections, and finance in the banking sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in Swedish and English.
• Proficiency in Jira and solid administrative capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
