We are looking for a Game Analyst to help us scale our titles by diving deep into KPI performance. If you thrive on data and want to drive the industry forward from a paradise setting, we want you on our team.

YOUR MISSION

  • Work as part of a game team to successfully support our existing games
  • Set up effective data visualizations, primarily in Tableau
  • Shape and maintain database structures and data hygiene
  • Help devide ways of examining and evaluating player behavior
  • Perform statistical and graphical analyses for ongoing game performance and supervise long term analyses
  • Evaluate multivariate tests, conduct problem analyses, and create report on new features
  • Shape and maintain ETL and data integration pipelines
  • Recommend precise courses of action and visually represent complex data relationships with clear, understandable graphs and reports

YOUR BACKSTORY

  • 3+ years of experience in a data-driven role within the games industry
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar platforms
  • Ability to work with various data platforms and tools such as Snowflake or dbt
  • Experience in applying statistical methods and working with large datasets
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly
  • Game affinity that helps you to understand our products and customers
  • Proficiency with a relevant scripting language (e.g. R, Python) is a big plus
  • Experience in technical aspects of data architecture or data engineering
