Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Drone Pilot to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating drones and a passion for aerial photography and videography.
Requirements
Duties:
- Operate drones for various purposes such as aerial photography, videography, mapping, and surveying.
- Ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) and other relevant guidelines.
- Conduct drone flights for military applications (DoD) or civilian projects.
- Capture high-quality images and videos using drones for film production, GIS mapping, or other projects.
- Maintain and repair drones as needed, requiring mechanical knowledge.
- Communicate effectively in English with team members and clients.
- Aviate drones safely and efficiently to achieve project objectives.
Experience:
- Prior experience as a Drone Pilot is required.
- Familiarity with military drone operations is a plus.
- Knowledge of photography techniques for aerial shots is beneficial.
- Experience with GIS software for mapping applications is advantageous.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship
Pay: $100.00 - $300.00 per day
Experience: Drone operation: 2 years (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Long Island, NY: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Work Location: On the road
