Job Description

Sant Made is a boutique creative agency based in Carlsbad, CA, serving real estate, architectural development, world-class sports events, and destination marketing clients for over 10 years. We are looking for a Freelance Senior Brand & Graphic Designer to take creative ownership of client work and grow with us long-term.

Requirements

You're a strong fit if you:

• Build brand identities from scratch — logo systems, brand guidelines, and full collateral rollout
• Design print and digital marketing materials with production-ready confidence
• Create web design mockups that show real layout thinking (no development required)
• Communicate clearly, ask XXXX XXXX before diving in, and take ownership of your work
• Are comfortable eventually directing a production designer on execution tasks
