Job Description
The role involves assisting an online business owner in filming short videos for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok ads. The selected candidate will work from a home studio, holding the camera and capturing quality shots, while the business owner handles scripting and all speaking parts.
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must understand basic videography principles, including angles, framing, and lighting.
- Must know how to shoot vertical content suitable for TikTok and Reels.
- Must be comfortable taking direction from the business owner.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Must live locally to attend the home studio.
- Must have a good eye for framing and capturing video content, not simply a random camera holder.
Nice to Have
While not required, the following skills and experiences are considered beneficial:
- Experience filming influencers or User Generated Content (UGC).
- Basic knowledge of effective content strategies for TikTok.
- Experience capturing simple B-roll shots.
What You’ll Do
- Film short clips using the business owner's iPhone 13.
- Help adjust lighting, camera placement, and angles.
- Capture multiple versions of the same script.
- Assist with creative direction during filming (e.g., camera movement suggestions).
- Keep track of shot lists.
- Facilitate batch filming sessions (10–30 videos per session).

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
