Fusion Growth Partners is seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer with a passion for illustrative design, typography, and a portfolio that showcases creative expertise. This role requires experience working across various design platforms, including both digital and print media, and the ability to deliver visually compelling content that drives engagement and brand loyalty.

As a key contributor, you will collaborate with our US-based partners over Zoom, making real-time edits and creating effective logos, designs, print, and digital media. The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing skills, a strong understanding of digital and social media, and a systematic approach to project management.

Success in this role requires proficiency in multiple software platforms, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to execute creative solutions that align with our brand's strategic goals. Your work will help Fusion remain a leader in the industry, delivering measurable results and engaging designs.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with US-based partners via Zoom to create and refine designs in real time.
• Develop compelling logos, layouts, and visual assets for both digital and print media.
• Design engaging marketing materials, including brochures, social media graphics, and email templates.
• Ensure all design work aligns with brand standards and effectively communicates our message.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay updated on design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into projects.
• Navigate and utilize various software platforms for project creation and management.

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer who has:

• A passion for illustrative design and typography, demonstrated through a strong portfolio.
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign.
• Fluent conversational English skills for effective communication with partners.
• A systematic approach to managing projects and a keen attention to detail.
• Flexibility to meet with partners during regular business hours.
• A thorough understanding of digital and social media platforms.
• The ability to write clearly and concisely when creating copy for design projects.

Required Equipment

To excel in this role, you will need:

• A desktop computer with a Core i5 Intel processor or above.
• The current version of Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign.
• Two monitor screens for efficient workflow.
• High-speed internet for seamless communication and project execution.

Additional Information

This contractor role offers remote work with variable compensation based on projects completed, averaging $500-$900 USD per month.
