Job Description

Sia Experience is seeking an Independent Contractor (1099) for the role of Freelance Designer. This position is contract-based, geared toward independent professionals interested in temporary or project-based work. The project length starts ASAP and lasts for 30 days, with the possibility of renewal. The estimated project hours are approximately 30 hours per week, and the fixed fee for the project is $9,600, determined by the agreed-upon scope and monthly deliverables rather than tracked hours. The position can be located in New York, NY, or performed remotely.

Requirements

• Own end-to-end digital design execution across web, social, paid media, email, and campaign assets.
• Translate briefs and strategic inputs into high-quality, on-brand visual concepts and executions.
• Design for performance, optimizing creative based on platform requirements, audience behavior, and data insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, copy, media, and production teams to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.
• Develop scalable design systems, templates, and assets to support efficient production and consistency.
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and technical specifications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing speed, quality, and evolving requirements.
