Job Description

We are seeking a versatile, proactive, and creative Digital & Web Specialist to join our team in-office. This is a hands-on, multifaceted role with a primary focus on the development, management, and continuous improvement of our website, including all features, functionality, and user experience. You will take full ownership of our digital presence—ensuring the website performs at a high level, evolves with the needs of the practice, and effectively represents our brand.

Beyond the website, you will play a key role in supporting the development of a new app, executing marketing strategies, and creating engaging digital content. This is a highly collaborative, in-person role where you will work closely alongside busy professionals, contribute to daily operations, participate in meetings, and become an integral part of the team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being embedded within a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the website, including development, maintenance, optimization, and feature implementation
• Continuously improve website performance, functionality, and user experience
• Manage and update website content to ensure it remains current, engaging, and aligned with the brand
• Lead and implement SEO strategies to improve visibility, rankings, and organic traffic
• Plan, manage, and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, social media advertising)
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics (e.g., Google Analytics) and provide actionable insights
• Support the development of a new app from concept through to implementation
• Create and manage digital content including social media posts, newsletters, and video
• Design visual assets aligned with brand identity
• Organize and coordinate events, workshops, and networking opportunities
• Collaborate closely with the team in-office, participating in meetings and contributing to strategic discussions
• Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and user experience across all platforms

Requirements

• Strong experience in website development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress)
• Proven ability to manage and optimize all aspects of a website
• Experience with SEO, digital marketing, and paid advertising campaigns
• Proficiency in design and content tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar)
• Experience creating content across social media, email newsletters, and video
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and digital customer journeys
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Confident working in a fast-paced, in-office environment alongside busy professionals
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

• Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms
