Svarmi is looking for a motivated university student to join our front-end development team this summer. The main responsibilities for this position are to work on our web platform as well as an internal data management website. This position is suitable for university students studying computer science, software engineering or similar that have completed a course in web development and are interested in working with cutting edge front-end technologies.

The main projects for this position are:

• Revamping key components on our web platform

• Developing internal websites and projects

• Writing tests

The technologies we work with are:

• Javascript

• React

• NodeJS

• CSS

• Svelte

• Git

• Docker

• Kubernetes

• AWS

Our main requirements for this position are:

• Studying computer science, software engineering or similar

• Fluent in Icelandic and/or English

• Passionate about new technologies

• Can work well individually and within a team
