We are looking for a strong Scrum Master to join our team to guide development in our LS Nav department. The Scrum Master´s goal is to act as a servant leader to Scrum Teams and support the teams in delivering world class software of maximum value.

Main assignments

• Help Scrum Teams in creating a high-value product, remove impediments and facilitate Scrum events.
• Conducting sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, retrospectives, daily standup meetings, user story development, estimation, and other related activities.
• Support Product Owner of effectively manage a Product Backlog to maximize its value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years acting as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development team.
• Project Management experience is an asset
• Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Solution oriented with positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Jira knowledge is preferred
