Founded in Sweden in 1976, the brand has built its reputation on high-quality, functional kidswear designed to last, clothes made to be loved, worn, washed, and eventually passed on to the next child.With a strong heritage in design and a loyal customer base across the Nordics and beyond, the brand continues to evolve how it shows up across channels and markets. They are now looking for a leader who can take the creative expression into its next chapter.
Polarn O. Pyret is now looking for a Head of Growth Marketing who can take ownership of how growth is structured, measured, and executed across channels and commercial initiatives, with a clear focus on media effectiveness and measurable impact.
This role sits at the intersection of media, analytics, and execution. It requires someone with a strong understanding of digital platforms and how media works across the full funnel, balancing brand-building initiatives with performance-driven activation. You combine strategic thinking with operational clarity, understanding how channels interact, how budgets translate into outcomes, and how to create structure in an environment with many moving parts.
Reporting to the CMO, you will lead a focused growth team with direct responsibility for Social Media and Performance Marketing. The role is directional rather than purely specialist, but it calls for someone who is comfortable staying close to the work, able to prioritise, guide, and create structure.
The ambition is to strengthen the media mix, build sharper measurement practices, and ensure that marketing initiatives consistently connect to commercial results. This is a role for someone analytical and hands-on in mindset, yet ready to take broader ownership and lead a team.
