A consumer brand is looking for a Social Media Creative Lead to take a hands-on role in shaping how it shows up across social channels. The role focuses on developing and producing social-first content, with a strong emphasis on quality, relevance, and platform understanding.
The company operates in a fast-moving category and has built a strong position with a clear brand direction and an engaged audience. With teams and partners already in place, the focus is now on strengthening the creative output and ensuring consistency across channels.
Required– Based in Stockholm– Starting ASAP– Running through end-of-year
Scope– Elevating social media presence through high-quality, social-first content– Driving creative excellence across TikTok and Instagram in line with global brandguidelines and business plan– Owning the creative output from idea to execution
Responsibilities– Developing strong, social-first content concepts with a focus on TikTok and Instagram– Leading and directing content shoots (creators, influencers, talent)– Ensuring high-quality output on set and pushing for the best possible result– Acting as creative lead during production, ensuring the right content is captured– Translating trends and audience insights into relevant content– Continuously identifying new content opportunities and formats– Challenging and elevating creative output from agencies and creators– Working closely with Associate Social Media Manager, Influencer Manager and externalpartners– Ensuring content is platform-native and performance-driven– Ensuring production budgets are managed effectively and aligned with project scope
Skills– Deep understanding of social media trends and culture, with a strong focus on TikTokand Instagram– Strong creative instincts and ability to generate ideas continuously– Proven experience in leading shoots and directing content production– Strong understanding of target audience behaviour and what drives engagement– Experience working with creators and/or influencer marketing– Ability to translate insights into creative concepts and execution– Experience working in a fast-paced, content-driven environment– Strong stakeholder management and ability to push for quality
