Rate: £358/day (Inside IR35) Duration: 6 months Location: Mostly remote (onsite 2 days per month in Telford) Clearance: Active SC required

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Test Analyst to join an Agile delivery team on a high-profile public sector programme. You will be responsible for end-to-end testing activities, ensuring high-quality delivery through structured test approaches and risk-based testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create Test Approach and Test Completion documentation
• Perform Functional, Integration, and support E2E testing
• Analyse requirements and define test scenarios and scripts
• Prepare and manage test data, execute tests, and record results
• Apply Risk-Based Testing (RBT) techniques
• Track defects, risks, and issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience:

• Active SC Clearance
• Functional & Integration Testing experience
• ETL/Data testing (Talend preferred)
• Oracle RDS or similar database testing
• Test data creation and management
• Test tools (Selenium, Postman) & test management (Zephyr)
• JIRA, Confluence
• Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
• Prior Government or Public Sector experience.

Desirable:

• Test automation
• Data warehousing / data marts
