CFD Engineer

Do you have a background as a CFD Engineer?
Expleo are seeking a CFD Engineer, to support in fluid dynamics through computer modelling techniques, covering full vehicle thermal analysis, based in Warwickshire on a Contract basis.
Key Responsibilities of the CFD Engineer include:
- Supporting the Lead Engineers to managing projects / processes
- Managing and maintaining the simulation models for completeness and quality
- Communicating issues, developing and supporting their resolution
Qualifications and skills required for the CFD Engineer include:
- Degree educated or equivalent experience
- Excellent understanding of thermal CFD analysis and thermal processes ideally using StarCCM+
- Strong report writing and communication skills
- Ability to lead technical issue resolution with the support of the test team, CAE teams and Technical Specialists
- Experience in Climatic Wind Tunnels and Hot Environment Testing and Whole vehicle thermal validation is desirable
