About the role To identify customer needs and expectations, to deliver service requests, ensuring the customer receives an effective service by being efficient, knowledgeable and consistent in delivery, with the objective of achieving first contact resolution. Will become the first point of contact for incoming customer queries and will lead the push to engage our customers with our online ordering platforms. We are looking for a bright, engaging, positive individual who will make this role their own and help us drive the business forward.
