We proudly partner with some of the UK’s top charities, Alzheimer’s Society/Cancer Research UK & Breast Cancer Now, helping to drive long-term support for meaningful causes.

Due to new client growth and increasing targets, we are expanding our team and looking for motivated, passionate, and target-driven individuals to join us as Professional Fundraisers.

?? About the Role

As a fundraiser, you will:

• Represent well-known charities as an ambassador
• Engage with members of the public face-to-face
• Inspire long-term support through monthly direct debit donations
• Work in private site venues, supermarkets & shows

?? Experience in retail, hospitality, or sales is highly desirable—but not essential.

• Uncapped, competitive commission structure — the more you achieve, the more you earn
• At Unique we provide the training and support to enable you to have freedom of income, with no bonds deducted from your income
• Self-employed opportunity with guaranteed minimum earnings of £26,000 per year (based on full-time activity and meeting agreed performance criteria)
• Self-employed flexibility with the freedom to take control of your earnings
• Recognised service bonuses rewarding your consistency, and performance
• Regular flash incentives and bonus campaigns to keep things exciting and boost your income
