Are you an experienced Class 2 Driver looking for stable, ongoing work with a consistent shift pattern? We’re recruiting a reliable Class 2 Driver in Coalville to operate refuse collection vehicles alongside a team of loaders.

This is a long term Class 2 Driver role working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, offering excellent work-life balance and consistent hours. It’s an ideal opportunity for a Class 2 Driver who enjoys team-based work and a structured daily route.

Key Responsibilities

• Class 2 Driver

• Safely operate a Class 2 (Cat C) refuse collection vehicle

• Work alongside bin collectors to complete scheduled routes

• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects

• Ensure collections are completed efficiently and safely

• Maintain compliance with driver hours, WTD, and road safety regulations

• Communicate effectively with the crew and transport team

Requirements

• Class 2 Driver

• Valid Class 2 (Cat C) licence

• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card

• Previous Class 2 driving experience preferred

• Comfortable working as part of a team in a physical environment

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

• Able to pass a driving assessment if required
