Ready to work on projects that are anything but ordinary? Morson is on the lookout for time served Platers to join an exciting long-term project on behalf of our client in Barrow

• with 12-month contracts and strong potential to extend.What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for people who know their craft and take pride in their work:

• Marking-off skills (datums & centrelines)
• Assembly, fairing & alignment of major components
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience cutting steel (band saws, plasma, etc.)
• Installation & alignment of key components (e.g. hull penetrations, seating, casings)

Pay & Shifts

3 on / 4 off days

• Locals: £24.12 PAYE | Non-locals: £32.12 PAYE

Nights

• Locals: £26.73 PAYE | Non-locals: £34.73 PAYE

Umbrella rates available

• Minimum 37 hours per week
• Overtime available (not guaranteed)
• 33 days holiday incl. bank holidays

Additional:

• Trade test & Security Clearance required before starting

**Qualifications:**Served and approved Apprenticeship
