Snr Product Strategy Manager

• Enterprise Referrals (MGM)

This role sits within our clients Enterprise Referrals (Member-Get-Member) team, supporting the Director of Product with strategic, operational, and roadmap-level initiatives. The role is responsible for helping shape the forward-looking product strategy, coordinating cross-functional alignment, supporting annual planning cycles, and partnering with stakeholders across markets, engineering, design, analytics, and marketing.

Key responsibilities:

Support the Product Director with product strategy, roadmap direction, and annual planning.

Partner with stakeholders across multiple markets to identify needs and ensure alignment.

Provide strategic coordination across engineering, analytics, design, product and marketing teams.

Contribute to development of the MGM multi-year roadmap and 2026–2027 strategy.

Step in for product managers where required to ensure continuity of delivery.

Drive operational processes and help maintain transparency across product workstreams.

Support cross-functional presentations, planning packs, and strategy documentation.

Ideal profile:

~5+ years product or strategy XP.

Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability.

Solid understanding of digital product development and agile processes.

XP across product, project delivery, or product operations is valuable.

Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and drive execution.
