**Window Installation Teams Needed

• Mid & North Wales (Ongoing Work)**

Stop chasing installs. Get consistent, pre-booked work locked in.

We’re looking for experienced window installation teams to support a growing programme across Mid and North Wales, rolling into South Wales as work scales.

This is labour-only install work with a steady pipeline not and one-off jobs.

The Opportunity

• £110 per window / £130 per door (labour only)
• Typical teams earn £800–£1,200+ per week depending on output and workflow
• Weekly pay (no paid-when-paid delays)
• 100–300+ units available across the programme
• Initial start in 1–2 weeks
• Phase 1: ~5 weeks
• Phase 2: ~15 weeks+ ongoing

The focus is to build a small number of reliable teams and keep them consistently busy as volumes increase.

The Work

• Window and external door installations
• Mixture of property types (details being finalised)
• Work allocated in line with coverage and availability
• Ongoing pipeline - not stop/start

What We’re Looking For

• Established window installation teams (2 & 3 man teams preferred)
• Experience in domestic, social housing, or volume installs
• Clean installs and good standards (no call-backs)
• Able to work in Mid/North Wales (initially)
