Monday to Friday 9:30am to 6:00pm

Starting rate £13.00 per hour, with increases for licensed Sideloader Drivers

Looking for a stable, hands-on role with consistent hours?

We are hiring a Sideloader Driver / Timber Yard Operative to support our yard, sawmill and production teams in Rodley.

This is a key role in keeping materials moving and production running. You will be working in a busy, fast-paced environment where safety, reliability and teamwork matter.

What you will be doing

• Moving timber between the yard, sawmill and production areas
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
• Operating sideloaders, forklifts or combilifts (training provided if needed)
• Supporting the wider team and learning additional skills
• Working to targets while maintaining safety and quality standards

What we are looking for

• Valid Sideloader or Combilift licence
• Reliable and safety-focused
• Comfortable working in a busy, hands-on environment
• Team player with a proactive approach

Previous timber yard or warehouse experience is helpful but not essential.
