IT Solution Architect

Shape the future of financial platforms as a Solution Architect Role Description We are looking for an experienced IT Solution Architect with a strong foundation in modern software development and broad expertise in cloud architecture. In this role, you will play a key part in defining and guiding the technical direction as platforms continue to modernize and evolve. We are seeking someone who combines hands-on development experience with the ability to design scalable, secure, and efficient cloud solutions across different platforms. Your insights and technical expertise will be crucial when making architectural decisions that support long-term business and technology strategy. In this role, you will:

• Design end-to-end architecture for applications, integrations, data flows, and cloud infrastructure
• Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into sustainable and modern technical solutions
• Guide teams in cloud-native principles, distributed architectures, and modern development practices
• Design secure, robust, and compliant cloud solutions based on best practices across leading cloud platforms
• Ensure high performance, cost efficiency, observability, and operational stability in distributed systems
• Actively contribute to modernization initiatives such as API-driven development, microservices architecture, DevOps automation, and event-driven architecture
• Lead architecture reviews, provide technical guidance, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across different levels of the organization
• Support continuous optimization, monitoring, and governance of cloud resources Your Profile We are looking for someone with a relevant academic degree, for example in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. You have several years of experience working as a Solution Architect, along with solid experience in modern software development, such as.NET, Java, Node, Python, or Go. You also have:
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, or private cloud environments) and are not tied to a specific vendor
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems design, APIs, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Deep understanding of security, identity management, data protection, and regulatory requirements in cloud and hybrid environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Relevant certifications, such as TOGAF or cloud architecture certifications, are considered an advantage. - Experience from the banking or financial services sector is also highly valued Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is engaged, goal-oriented, and takes strong ownership of their work.
