Embedded System Test / Automation Engineer responsible for automated system-level testing of embedded Linux devices. Daily test run analysis, troubleshooting errors: Comfortable working in Linux environments (CLI, logs, processes, filesystem). Basic knowledge of networking (L2/L3) and experience using tools such as Wireshark. Python development for test automation (demonstrated experience). Experience with pytest is a plus. Knowledge of hardware interfaces, GPIO, basic electrical measurements. Testcase development: Understanding your role in the SDLC. Demonstrated knowledge of software testing techniques (ISTQB). Ability to derive requirements from incomplete specifications. Demonstrated knowledge of test automation principles (how to write system-level tests).
