- Platform & Automation We are looking for a Software Engineer with a broad background in software development to join a platform-focused engineering team. In this role, you will contribute to technical decision-making within the team and take part in architectural discussions around scalability, reliability, and long-term platform growth. You will collaborate closely with other engineers while actively contributing code and helping shape the evolution of internal systems and tooling. The challenge lies in deg and maintaining tooling that can reliably orchestrate large-scale infrastructure and complex environments. You will work on internal platforms that support release workflows, automated deployments, and regression testing environments used by teams across the organization. The role is well suited for engineers who enjoy solving complex automation challenges and building tools that other engineers depend on every day. How the Team Works The team values collaboration and shared ownership of technical decisions. Weekly pair and mob programming sessions to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing Regular demos with stakeholders to gather early feedback Pull requests shared in team chat to enable fast feedback and review cycles Technical decisions discussed and agreed upon collaboratively during mob sessions A third-line support rotation that helps maintain operational stability and platform reliability Technology Focus The platform environment is built around large-scale infrastructure and modern engineering practices. Kubernetes platform managing thousands of clusters Python for backend services and internal tooling Development and operations in Linux-based environments What You Will Work On Develop and maintain tools that orchestrate and manage large-scale distributed systems Build internal tooling that enables efficient provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management of servers Expand and improve monitoring and observability solutions that provide real-time insight into running systems Support release management and regression testing environments used by multiple engineering teams Work close to hardware-adjacent software environments, including Linux-based systems interacting with devices such as servers, screens, and cameras Hybrid work from office in north of Stockholm Start asap
