PowerBI - gaming

As a data analyst in the Player and Data Insights team, you will be responsible for analyzing product and player behaviour. You will work with big data to uncover actionable insights about our games and business and work directly with the game team to establish BI reporting, tracking, and insights. Key Responsibilities Be the project manager for Power BI enhancement projects. This includes gathering requirements from stakeholder, front-end development, project manage resources both in Redmond and demonstrate new solutions to the studio. Drive Self-Serve solutions of data initiatives by collaborating with data teams in Redmond and aligning requirements from stakeholders in Stockholm. Query and analyze big data to uncover high-value insights with direct impact to the gameplay strategy. Lead insights projects that guide decisions on product and feature roadmaps, using a variety of data including primary research and survey data. Brainstorm with stakeholders to direct ambiguous questions or misleading metrics into impactful analysis plans. Lead KPI, and reporting efforts. Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in product analytics Experience of project management of PowerBI projects Excellent statistical, analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal, visual and written communication skills Proficient with SQL, bonus if familiar with PySpark (Databricks) Proficient with statistical attribution techniques Preferred Qualifications Experience with guiding the work of a team Experience in analytics within gaming industry Passion for gaming and entertainment!
