Senior Ruby Developer

You have: Several years of experience as a system developer in a commercial setting. Solid hands-on experience with Ruby. Experience with Next.js and frontend development. Knowledge of software design principles, automated testing, and CI/CD. Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Docker and cloud infrastructure (we’re on AWS). You understand the importance of time-to-market, performance, code quality and team collaboration. You prefer working in iterative development cycles and incremental deployments. You’re used to working in agile, cross-functional teams. It’s a plus if you already have: Experience with Node.js. Knowledge of GraphQL, experience building or using APIs in that format. Interest in AI-powered developer tools (e.g. ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code).
