User researcher

For our client, we are looking for a consultant with experience in user research. This is a short-term assignment from week 3 to week 13 (minimum 50% per week), with the possibility of extension. Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in user research (product, UX, or growth research)
• Proven experience conducting in-depth qualitative interviews beyond surveys or basic usability testing
• Strong skills in affinity diagramming, qualitative synthesis, and persona development grounded in real user insight
• Comfortable working end-to-end across planning, execution, synthesis, and presentation
• Experience with consumer-facing products — mobile apps or digital services is a strong advantage
• Able to work independently while collaborating closely with senior stakeholders
• Confident working with ambiguity and challenging assumptions rather than simply validating existing beliefs
• Strong communicator who can translate qualitative insights into clear, decision-ready recommendations
