Senior AI Engineer (Agentic Systems)

Our client is looking for a seasoned AI Engineer to lead the development of next-generation autonomous AI agents. In this role, you will architect reliable multi-agent agentic systems, taking them from development all the way to production and operation. You will contribute to building the intelligent backbone of a platform that transforms how businesses communicate with their customers. This opportunity is ideal for someone with deep technical expertise in AI and a proven track record of leading cross-functional engineering teams to deliver complex software solutions. Previous Experience Leadership & Systems Ownership

• A proven track record of leading a cross-functional engineering team from ideation to the launch of a complex software product
• Hands-on experience building, deploying, and operating reliable, multi-agent agentic systems in a production environment
• Experience architecting and implementing scalable data solutions, from data ingestion to actionable insights AI & Machine Learning
• Experience building and deploying systems that use Large Language Models (LLMs), conversational AI, or agent-based frameworks
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn to build and evaluate models
• Experience with, or a strong interest in, MLOps, especially within generative AI environments (GenAIOps) Programming & Tooling
• Strong proficiency in Python with a solid understanding of software design patterns and best practices
• A good command of SQL for data analysis and management
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS and/or GCP to deploy and manage applications at scale
