GEIST — Creative Internship (Content Creator / Social Media)

A summer at sea — creative internship with GEIST

GEIST is a new sailing apparel brand based in Stockholm, Sweden. We create technical, raw, and beautiful garments for people who feel most like themselves outdoors — not indoors.

We’re now looking for a creative, driven, and fearless Content Creator / Social Media Intern to join us starting immediately, and stay with us from February onward — ideally through a full summer on the Baltic Sea.

🚀 What you’ll do

• Create content on location: photo, video, stories, behind-the-scenes
• Join us on sailing trips, test days, and prototype development for documentation
• Be part of a small, hands-on team (XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX & Jesper)
• Build and grow GEIST’s social media presence
• Edit reels, write captions, and develop ideas and content concepts
• Document the full journey — from fabric samples to sea trials
• Track and analyze performance: reach, engagement, retention, traffic
• Identify what works, why it works — and what needs to change
• Test new formats (A/B), compare results, and suggest improvements
• Propose content based on data, trends, and community feedback
• Create simple monthly insight reports for the team

• Comfortable filming and photographing
• Social, curious, self-driven, and unafraid to experiment
• Drawn to sea, wind, emotion, light, and movement
• You don’t need to be a sailing expert — just love adventure
• You want to help build a brand that does things for real — and challenges a traditional industry

📍 Location

Stockholm + at sea

This is an unpaid internship, butall travel related to sailing and testing is covered.

🕰 Period

Start: January / February (or as soon as possible)

End: Preferably after the summer

Time commitment is flexible, but we expect you to be available throughout most of the summer.
